浅谈板阶可靠性试验（即加速寿命试验）在汽车产业的应用 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册浅谈板阶可靠性试验（即加速寿命试验）在汽车产业的应用JMP数据分析已认证账号随着汽车产业的蓬勃发展，越来越多厂商从一般消费性电子产业转向汽车电子产业发展，而最大的不同来自于生命周期的差异，消费性电子产业生命周期大约3~5年，但汽车产业关系到人身生命安全，一般要求生命周期要达10年以上，所以相关的可靠性验证更显得重要。今天就来谈谈汽车可靠性验证的一个项目 — 板阶可靠性（Board Level Reliability, BLR）的测试，也就是车用组件上板后的焊点可靠性测试。汽车电子系统越来越先进，也代表汽车产业上IC组件的使用会越来越多，因此需要利用BLR测试快速找出失效模式，也是目前常用来验证IC组件上板到PCB后的焊点强度测试，以确保产品寿命。汽车电子协会AEC所制定的AEC-Q104标准，即明确定义了车用电子在BLR的可靠性试验项目。BLR常见的测试包括温度循环和冲击、机械应力冲击与焊点接合位置强度（推力、拉力、弯曲测试），复合式振动试验、板弯试验等。常见影响BLR的可靠性因子如下：PCB材料、厚度、通孔设计PCB 焊垫设计锡球材料芯片位置和尺寸及其对应到锡球的位置其中，锡球材料的选择对于可靠性的测试结果影响尤其显著。那么如何应用JMP相关的工具来开展板阶可靠性试验及分析呢？我们首先看看BLR常见的可靠性试验的具体测试项目：稳定状态测试：主要藉由高温高湿（加速因子），去验证评估非密封包装的零组件，其材质和线路受影响的程度，如焊接点会因温湿度的影响造成短路影响寿命。机械应力测试：一些采用非焊锡方法连结方式如金手指、USB接头等，针对一些试验模拟外来应力对寿命的影响，如电阻值异常。板弯试验：经由外在应力测试确认零件焊点和材料结构的影响，也可以了解产品耐疲劳度的能力，如锡球面断裂造成断路等。温度循环和冲击试验：经由冷热循环或是温度急速变化冷热冲击确认加速老化因子对于产品的影响，如锡裂。明确了需要测试的项目，我们来看看JMP有哪些平台可以助力分析。加速以X拟合寿命分析(Fit Life by X）正常条件下，产品出现失效的机率很低，所以经由一些条件的设置如环境加速产品失效的机率，常见加速因子包含温度、电压、压力等，平台中也包含数据的转换，常见对温度进行Arrhenius转换，也包含线性、对数、倒数、平方根等等的转换。JMP提供了专属的可靠性试验设计的平台来设计加速因子对寿命的试验。检测不同温度下各组间是否存在差异加入加速因子对寿命预测显示加速因子与预测寿命之间的散布图比较各分布拟合的结果加速寿命试验设计因为产品可靠性高或是因为需要短时间了解产品的测试结果，所以需要额外设计实验去了解产品的可靠性结果，在加速试验设计平台上也可以扩充现有实验次数减少估计误差。根据先验的分布或是经验建立加速试验，以及估计失效概率：使用模拟器去模拟估计结果：以上简单介绍了加速寿命平台的应用。事实上，JMP的可靠性分析平台还具备其他更多、更强大的分析方法诸如寿命分布、退化分析、可靠性增长、可靠性预测等。此外，JMP提供的加速寿命试验平台，提供了设计实验及确认数据的分布，弥补了实验者不知如何设计实验去验证的短板。当然，汽车产业的可靠性绝不仅于此，这里抛砖引玉地介绍了板阶可靠性测试分析，希望可以为相关领域的朋友快速了解可靠性结果并进行后续分析提供一定的指导和借鉴。对JMP可靠性试验感兴趣的朋友，欢迎下载拥有完整功能的JMP15版本30天免费使用。发布于 2019-10-29 14:51可靠性分析软件可靠性分析试验设计赞同 4添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请

跳转指令简介
ARM 中跳转指令主要分为无条件跳转和有条件跳转，有条件跳转是一种根据特定条件进行跳转的指令。它会根据条件码寄存器（Condition Code Register）中的状态，判断是否满足特定条件，然后根据条件的结果决定是否进行跳转。无条件跳转是一种无条件地改变程序执行流程的指令。它会直接跳转到指定的地址，而不需要任何条件判断。
有条件跳转指令，有条件跳转指令的方式很固定。无条件跳转指令，有常见如下4种：

其中指令的关键字：
B 表示分支跳转指令，cond 表示条件跳转，L 表示链接，R 表示从寄存器中查找跳转地址，RET 则返回L类型保存的地址。
BL 与 BLR 的区别
BL 和 BLR 执行结果是将 PC 寄存器值的下一个值（也就是PC+8）放到链接寄存器 LR中， 然后将目的子程序的地址放到 PC 中。 BLR的结果 与 BL类似，但是新的PC的值是从特定的寄存器(如x0)取得。
如下是使用 BLR 的例子：

我的理解是 w channel 只是个通道不具有FIFO，master 将数据通过总线发出去后，一般是通过ADB 连接到slave FIFO中，数据应该是放到FIFO中的，如果此时FIFO 满了，那么可以通过拉低ready信号来通知master。比如master 可以将outstanding的值设置比较大但是实际上可能实际上根部就达不到设置的传输速度。
